Terms & Conditions

By booking a stay at The Landing Balfour, you agree to the following policies:

Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the accommodation total is required at the time of booking.
  
  
• The remaining balance of your stay, along with the applicable security deposit, will be charged 15 days prior to check-in.
  
  

• Reservations made within 7 days of check-in must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit

• A $100 security deposit applies to Kokanee and Loki Suites.

• A $200 security deposit applies to the Tillicum Waterfront Retreat.

• Security deposits are refundable after check-out, pending inspection.

Cleaning Fees

• Kokanee Suite: $75 one-time cleaning fee.

• Loki Suite: $75 one-time cleaning fee.

• Tillicum Waterfront Retreat: $300 one-time cleaning fee.

Taxes

All rentals are subject to 15% total tax (5% GST, 8% PST, 2% MRDT).

Minimum Stay Requirements

• Kokanee Suite: 2-night minimum stay.

• Loki Suite: 2-night minimum stay.

• Tillicum Waterfront Retreat: 3-night minimum stay.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in: Full refund.

• Cancellations made 14–8 days prior to check-in: 25% of the accommodation total will be charged.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: No refund (100% of accommodation total will be charged).

General

• Guests agree to use the property responsibly and comply with all house rules.

• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected for each suite.

• Event pricing may apply for group bookings or gatherings—please inquire in advance.

• The Landing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
