Check in-out:
  • Check-in at 11am/Check-out by 11:00am
  • Please remove all used food and beverages from fridge
  • Please place all used towels on bathroom floor
  • Leave bedding unmade on used beds
  • Start dishwasher/clean dirty dishes
  • Turn off all lights, appliances, close all windows and lock doors
  • Ensure you have all your belongings
  • Discard trash in bins outside located in the parking lot *bin is locked -code 112
  • Notify host of departure
Deposits & Payments
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the accommodation total is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance of your stay, along with the applicable security deposit, will be charged 15 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
  • 25% down payment at time of booking.
  • Reservations can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before reservation date for a full refund.
  • 50% payment due 15 days before reservation date.
  • Cancellation fee: 25% of the accommodation total will be charged if cancelled 14 days or more prior to check-in.
  • Full Balance due 7 days before check in.
  • No refund less than 7 days. 100% of the accommodation total will be charged if cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in.
  • Reservations made 7 days prior to check in date must pay at time of booking.

Solid beer and cocktail list on a stunning patio with epic views of the West Arm. Good luck to the new owners, cant wait to come back!

We’ve been going to the Dock and Duck for many years and now it has changed over to The Landing. What a refreshing change! The renovation has made this a bright, airy restaurant. The staff were all super friendly and efficient. And the food was great! It exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend the shrimp appetizer. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and came with a delicious sauce. And the signature cocktails were outstanding. Had to laugh that you have to ask for a single as they are automatically doubles, at a single price! We will definitely be back!
