Book our restaurant for a group meal and collaborate with our Owner/Operator Heather to make the meal as special as you want it to be! We will be able to accommodate most requests to ensure your visit is one of the most memorable ones you’ve ever had with your staff, group, or family! Our restaurant can accommodate up to 75 people during the off-season months (October 1 – May 1).
Post meals stay in our suites! We have 3 suites available. Prices for one-night stays are as follows (please note that the cleaning fee is a one-time fee so multiple nights brings down your overall pricing, plus we have reduced pricing beyond 3 night stays):
Tillicum Suite
This is an incredible timber frame suite with 27 foot ceilings and epic views from every window. It can sleep up to 13 people. It has 3 bedrooms with a mezzanine, 10 beds total (3 King, 1 Q, 1 Dbl xl, 2 twin xl, 3 fold out). Kitchen, Wet Bar, wood burning fireplace and huge Patio overlooking the Beach, Kootenay Lake, the Ferry and amazing mountain views. Pricing is based on varying occupancy and days of the week. Beach access with a shared fire pit. Ideal for small groups or corporate events.

$1023/night includes taxes and cleaning fee. *This is our mid-week pricing based on 6-person occupancy. At this rate you can host up to 20 people during your stay and if you plan to have over 20 people in the suite for events, parties, reunions, etc, we have event pricing available.
Loki Suite
This is a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette and 3 beds. Water/Beach/Golf and mountain views. Shared patio with Kokanee Suite. Located on the Mountain side of the Landing building. Beach access with shared a fire pit. Max 3- person occupancy.

Kokanee Suite
This is a one-bedroom suite with a kitchenette and 1 bed. Water/Beach/Golf and Mountain views. Located on the mountainside of the Landing building. Beach access with a shared fire pit. Max 2-person occupancy.

Balfour is pretty chill in the off-season – think fall colors or winter snow without the crowds. You could hike the trails around Kokanee Creek or West Arm Provincial Park; they’re stunning with fewer folks. Snowshoeing or cross-country skiing at the Balfour Golf Course is awesome if it’s winter-super peaceful. Catch the free Kootenay Lake Ferry for epic views, or just bundle up and stroll the beachfront. Nearby, hit the hot springs for a soak, or drive to Whitewater for some downhill action. World class snowmobiling and ski touring all around you! Nothing like a beach fire with open water and star gazing. You have options to enjoy this epic little town and property.
