Terms & Conditions

By booking a stay at The Landing, you agree to the following policies:

Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the accommodation total is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance of your stay, along with the applicable security deposit, will be charged 15 days prior to check-in.

Security Deposit

• A $100 security deposit applies to Kokanee and Loki Suites.

• A $200 security deposit applies to the Tillicum Waterfront Retreat.

• Security deposits are refundable pending inspection after check-out.

Cleaning Fee

• A one-time $75 cleaning fee applies to Kokanee and Loki Suites.

• A one-time $300 cleaning fee applies to the Tillicum Waterfront Retreat.

Taxes

• All rentals are subject to 15% total tax (5% GST, 8% PST, 2% MRDT).

Minimum Stay Requirements

• Kokanee Suite: 2-night minimum stay.

• Loki Suite: 2-night minimum stay.

• Tillicum Waterfront Retreat: 3-night minimum stay.

Cancellation Policy

• 25% down payment at time of booking. 

• Reservations can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before reservation date for a full refund.

• 50% payment due 15 days before reservation date. Cancellation fee: 25% of the accommodation total will be charged if cancelled 14 days or more prior to check-in.

• Full Balance due 7 days before check in. 

• No refund less than 7 days.  100% of the accommodation total will be charged  if cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in.

• Reservations made 7 days prior to check in date must pay at time of booking.

General

• Guests agree to use the property responsibly and comply with all house rules.

• The Landing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
