  • No fireworks are permitted on the property.

Check in-out:
  • Check-in at 11am/Check-out by 11:00am
  • Before leaving, please:
  • Remove all food and beverages from the fridge.
  • Place used towels on the bathroom floor.
  • Leave bedding unmade on used beds.
  • Start the dishwasher or wash any dirty dishes.
  • Turn off all lights and appliances, close all windows, and lock all doors.
  • Discard trash in the locked bins located in the parking lot (code: 112).
  • Double-check for all personal belongings.
  • Notify your host upon departure.
Deposits & Payments
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the accommodation total is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance of your stay, along with the applicable security deposit, will be charged 15 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made 14–8 days prior: 25% of the accommodation total will be charged.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: No refund (100% of accommodation total will be charged).

We’ve been going to the Dock and Duck for many years and now it has changed over to The Landing. What a refreshing change! The renovation has made this a bright, airy restaurant. The staff were all super friendly and efficient. And the food was great! It exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend the shrimp appetizer. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and came with a delicious sauce. And the signature cocktails were outstanding. Had to laugh that you have to ask for a single as they are automatically doubles, at a single price! We will definitely be back!
